I really appreciated working with you because I've learned lifelong tools to help me with issues that will probably be ongoing. I can use these tools to prevent (and intervene to heal) injury and pain, especially with my feet, ankles, and neck. I've developed a habit of regularly stretching and foam rolling which has helped me prevent and deal with aches and pain. Thank you!! :)
Bobby is a great trainer! He helped my shoulder pain go away and corrected some other issues as well. He is genuinely interested in what's needed and what's working and what's not! I highly recommend giving him a try!
Bobby has been a great help throughout my training process. He listens to my concerns and focuses on those specific areas that are giving me problems then shows me exercises to do that help with the specific target area. He's very personable and has a general concern for my wellness and goes above and beyond to help me reach my fitness goals. Since working with Bobby, my lower back pain has diminished significantly and my range in mobility has improved. I'm walking a lot better and have better core strength.
